A warm welcome to the Park Photographic Services website, which we hope you
will find both interesting and informative. If you wish, you can skip this introduction
and just find your own way around but, if you can spare a few moments, the rest of this
page will give you a helpful overview of the site. (You may even want to print it out for
easy reference.)

Site Content
We are pleased to offer on this site a fine collection of Photographic Art - a
'virtual' gallery of carefully selected images which you may browse through
and, if you wish, purchase.
In addition we have a section on Wedding Photography and
other photographic services which may be of interest to visitors located in the
Midlands area of the UK.
But, while we are here to sell our services, don't let that deter you from simply
exploring and enjoying the site. Even if you are not a potential customer, we are sure
that you will be fascinated to see our range of photographic art. To add to your
enjoyment, we also offer a range of information for photographic
collectors (active or prospective), and numerous links to other interesting
photographic sites.

Site Navigation
Navigating your way around the site is fairly straightforward. All major areas
are signposted from our Index Page. 'Next' and
'Back' fields, together with the scroll bar where appropriate, allow you to move around
within each major area, and also to return quickly to our Home and Index pages. At the end
of each major area you will find links to related areas as well as back to the key pages.
(You may also find it helpful , on occasion, to use your browser's 'Forward' and 'Back'
commands.)
Some sections of the site (eg the Bibliography, Bookstore and Links sections) also have
'clickable' indexes down the left hand or right hand margins of each page.

Fine Art Photographic Prints
You will find in our Picture Gallery a range of original 'Fine Art' photographic images
for the collector, interior designer or keen homemaker. For the record, we use the term
'Fine Art' simply to describe images that exist for their own sake - for visual enjoyment
rather than for advertising, commercial illustration or other' functional' purpose. We do
not claim any 'high art' status or any special investment value for our photographs. We
offer them simply for their visual appeal. All of our images are, however, carefully
produced to archival standards of permanence (see our Technical
Notes page for details) and are therefore, in a sense, 'collectable' (see Collectors Notes page). Apart from that, we hope that
the images speak for themselves.
The photographs are available in two main formats - as 16" x 12"
limited edition archival photographic prints on fibre paper. These are individually
numbered in limited editions of 500, and are archivally mounted and signed by the
photographer. Photographs are also available as 'unlimited', 11" x
8" and 8" x 6" prints on resin-coated paper, hand-printed, toned and
signed by the photographer. For full details please see our on-line

Visitors to this site can also enjoy the benefit of automatic links
to other tried and tested photo sites. We maintain an extensive catalogue of
hyperlinks to other sites - grouped into 11 major categories. Feel free
to exploit these links as much as you wish - but do come back and see us from time
to time! (Links to other sites are, of course, offered in good faith.
While we aim to offer links only to 'quality' photographic sites, we cannot accept
any responsibility for the content of other sites or the manner in which the sites are
operated.)
Should any of your own favourite
photographic sites not be listed here, please feel free to recommend them to us via
the Add a Link option which appears at the
foot of each page in the 'Links' section. We won't
guarantee to include every site suggested to us, but we will certainly look carefully at
all of your proposals.
