Order Form for 'Special Offer' Fixed-price Photo Restoration
All orders for Photo Restoration Services must be sent to us by conventional mail (not
E-mail) together with your original photogaph(s) and payment in full.
This order form is specifically for our fixed price photo restoration special
offer - as described in our Restoration
- Special Offer page. For all other restoration services please use the standard
(cream coloured) Restoration Services
order form. Prices for restoration services are in UK pounds.
To place an order, complete on your screen the first section of this
order form (Section headed 'Your Details'), then print off the form on your local printer.
Complete the rest of the form by hand and mail the completed form to us with
your original photograph and payment in full. Please be sure to mail all pages of
the form.

Our terms are strictly 'payment with order'.
Please enclose cheque/postal order/money order in full payment. (Do not
enclose cash.) We regret that, for restoration services, we are not at present able to
accept payment by credit card. Orders from outside the UK should be paid by International
Money Order (in Pounds Sterling please). All payments should be payable to 'Park
Photographic Services'
