FREE eBOOKS - TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. Access to the PPS online bookstore 'Free eBooks' area is subject to
registration in our visitors' database. This database is maintained solely for use
by ourselves and our three associated websites (PPS-Internet, Park
Photographic Services and CMPL Picture
Library). Under no circumstances will personal details be passed to other
individuals or companies without your specific consent.
2. Persons or organisations registered in our visitors database may occasionally
receive communications regarding our products and services or other relevant
matters. These communications are based on the voluntary 'opt-in' mailing list
principle.
3. You may at any time
'opt-out' of our mailing list by removing your details from the database. To do
this, simply send a blank e-mail to mailing@pps-portal.com
with the word 'FREE eBOOKS - REMOVE' in the heading. Removal from
the mailing list will take effect within a day or two. This will also prevent
access to certain areas of our site, including our 'free downloads' area. You
can restore access to these services at any time by re-registering your details.
4. All e-book files and other
downloadable products offered by PPS-Portal are copyright and supplied for personal use
only. Except where specifically authorised, such materials may not be
redistributed or copied, whether for commercial or personal use.
5. Information supplied by us, in e-books and/or other documents, is supplied
in good faith and believed to be accurate at the time of writing. No responsibility
can be accepted for loss or damage resulting from inaccuracies in, or omissions from, such
information.
