UK Order Form for Fine Art Images - (Prices in UK Pounds)

Orders for Fine Art Images can be sent to us by conventional mail using this form, and enclosing payment in full. Alternatively you may assemble your order using our Shopping Cart facility and send it to us electronically, charging payment to your credit card. (The Shopping Cart facility is accessed from the pages of our Picture Gallery . Shopping cart prices and payments are shown in US dollars, but you can charge payment to your UK credit card.)

If you are a UK purchaser, and are not paying by credit card, you may use this order form and make your cheque out in UK Pounds. If you are not a UK purchaser, please use the Shopping Cart facility which is accessed from the Picture Gallery, charging purchases to your credit card.

To use this order form, complete the first section (headed 'Your Details') on your computer screen, then print off the form on your local printer. Complete the rest of the form by hand, and mail the completed form to us with full payment. Please be sure to mail all pages of the form.
