Internation Order Form for Fine Art Images (Prices in U.S Dollars)

Orders for Fine Art Images can be sent to us by conventional mail using this form, and enclosing payment in full. Alternatively you may assemble your order using our Shopping Cart facility and send it to us electronically, charging payment to your credit card, via PayPal. (The Shopping Cart facility is accessed from the pages of our Picture Gallery.)

Prices on this form are shown in U.S. Dollars and payments from outside the U.K. should be by international money order for the appropriate Dollar amount. (To see U.S. Dollar amounts converted to other major currencies at today's official rates, please go HERE .)

U.K.-based customers (unless paying by credit card) should use the U.K. order form, which is available HERE.

To place an order by conventional mail, complete on your screen the first section of this order form (Section headed 'Your Details'), then print off the form on your local printer. Complete the rest of the form by hand, and mail the completed form to us with full payment. Please be sure to mail all pages of the form.
