Photographer's Note:
I came across this pleasant little scene by chance, opposite Paris's Ile de la Cité. Despite appearances, the picture was not posed - the two young ladies managing to place themselves spontaneously in an elegant relationship to eachother and to the passing riverboat. The scene lasted only a few seconds and was gone.
