list your details are automatically recorded in our e-mail database. This database is
maintained for promotional use by CMPL and our three 'sister' websites (ParkPhoto, PPS-Portal
and PPS-Internet). Under no
circumstances will personal details from our database be passed to other individuals
or companies without the specific consent of members.
3. Persons or organisations registered in our database will occasionally receive our
newsletter and, from time to time, other e-mail communications regarding our products and
services. They will not receive any information except that which we genuinely
believe to be of interest or benefit to them.

'opt-out' of our mailing list by removing your details from our database. To do

in the heading. Removal from the mailing list will normally take effect within
