CMPL - Mailing List - Terms and Conditions

1.  CMPL operates a strict anti-spam policy.  That policy is explained below -   for your protection and ours.

2.  When you join our mailing list your details are automatically recorded in our e-mail database. This database is maintained for promotional use by CMPL and our three 'sister' websites  (ParkPhoto, PPS-Portal and  PPS-Internet).  Under no  circumstances will personal details from our database be passed to other individuals or  companies without the specific consent of members.

3.  Persons or organisations registered in our database will occasionally receive our newsletter and, from time to time, other e-mail communications regarding our products and services.  They will not receive any information except that which we genuinely believe to be of interest or benefit to them.

4.   All of our   communications are based on the  voluntary 'opt-in' mailing list principle.   You may at any time 'opt-out' of our mailing list by removing your details from our database.  To do this, simply click on the 'unsubscribe' link which appears at the foot of each communication.    Alternatively you can send a blank e-mail to mailing@cmpl-images.com with the word 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the heading.  Removal from the mailing list will normally take effect within twenty-four hours.

6.  Finally, please note that all information contained in our newsletters and other communications  is offered in good faith and believed to be accurate at the time of writing.  No responsibility can, however, be accepted for loss or damage resulting from inaccuracies or omissions.

7.  Registration in our email database requires your acceptance of these simple terms and conditions which are for our mutual protection.   Thank you for your patience.
