choose to purchase a banner advertisement. (If you do not already have a suitable
banner, we can advise you on sources of appropriate graphics or animations. You will
need a banner before trying to book your advertising
space.) Advertising rates are shown below. Our terms are strictly payment
with order. We accept payment by cheque, money order or credit card (Via PayPal),
and your banner will normally be in place a few days after receipt of your remittance.
Prices are shown in G.B. Pounds (Sterling).
Payments made via PayPal can be in G.B. Pounds, or
the equivalent amount in U.S. Dollars or Euros, at PayPal's current conversion rates.

| Option 1 This option
displays your banner for a fixed period of time (in multiples of 3
months) on a specific page of our site. This is a time-related option and is independent
of page 'views' or 'impressions'.
Simply browse the directory, choose an appropriate page for your
advert, and make a note the Page ID shown at the bottom left corner of the page.
(Space at the head of most pages can be made available at short notice. This
currently excludes our Home and Index Pages.)
The cost of this option is £40 (approximately $60 U.S.) - per page - for a
three month period.
When booking your advertising space, you will be asked for the exact URL at
which your banner can currently be found. Please be sure to have this information to
hand.

| Option 2 This
option displays your banner a fixed number of times. It is not
time-related and does not restrict your banner to a specific page in the directory. The
locations in which your banner is displayed are determined entirely by traffic.
Your banner is interleaved with other advertising across a large number of
pages and continues to be displayed until the requisite number of exposures or
'impressions' is reached. The number of impressions is tracked by our advertising
management software, and you are informed by e-mail when the required number of exposures
has been reached.
The cost of this option is £27 (approximately $40 U.S.) per 1000 page
impressions.
